What You're Getting
You're hiring a dedicated advocate to represent your interests throughout the entire car-buying process for a $500 flat fee. From vehicle selection and dealer negotiations, and delivery coordination, BuyerSide is by your side every step of the way.
Initial Consultation
Every great deal starts with understanding your needs.
We'll learn about your budget, preferred vehicle, trade-in, lease or finance goals, and timeline. The more we understand what you're looking for, the better we can represent you throughout the buying process.
Vehicle Sourcing & Negotiation
We source the right vehicle and go through the nitty gritty with multiple dealerships. Our goal is to secure the strongest overall deal with our expertise.
Your Decision
We present the strongest offers we've found in a clear, easy-to-understand format.
We'll explain the differences between each option, review pricing, lease or finance terms, and answer any questions so you can make an informed decision with confidence.
Purchase & Delivery
We'll help coordinate the remaining details, including signing, pickup, or home delivery whenever available.
Every Deal Is Different
Supply, demand, inventory, incentives, can all affect the deal.
Not every vehicle is available in every market. Some models, trims, colors, or configurations may have limited inventory or may not be available.
A vehicle with plenty of inventory may have more room for negotiation, compared to a high-demand or hard-to-find vehicle.
That's why we don't promise a specific dollar amount off every vehicle. We look at the market, the vehicle, and the available options to determine what a strong deal looks like for your specific situation.
Refunds
You can request a full refund at any time before we begin working. Once we've started sourcing vehicles, contacting dealerships, or negotiating on your behalf, the service fee is non-refundable, as work has already begun.
Changing Your Vehicle
We understand that plans can change. If you decide to make a change after we've started working on your deal:
- Different trim or options $100
- Different Make or Model $250
These fees cover the additional sourcing, research, and negotiation required to adjust your deal. We'll confirm any additional fee with you before moving forward.
